As Talent Attraction Manager, you will be responsible for alignment and delivery of designated human resources personnel in the group as focal person. The position is responsible for ensuring that the Thermal Group adheres to relevant AP HR directives and aligns with AP's processes and people practices where it makes sense and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with various teams to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Talent Attraction & Sourcing

Reviews and approves attraction strategies to ensure the availability and endorsement of the right talents across the Thermal Group.

Forges strong strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders (e.g., DOLE, Universities, Professional Organizations, etc.) and ensures all available sourcing channels are optimized in the Thermal Group.

Strategically assembles job offer packages to ensure competitiveness and attractiveness, as well as alignment with BU and AP Policies and Procedures.

Secures market intelligence and determines the talent landscape in targeted geographic locations.

Monitors manpower and ensures the delivery of appropriate manpower based on approved TO.

Oversees recruitment events, applicant testing, sourcing, screening, background checks, and all other processes related to selection and hiring.

Reviews job offers (JO) based on salary and job grade.

Prepares and conducts job offers for successful candidates based on salary grade, and discusses the offer with the successful candidate.

Ensures proper processing of internal candidates.

Consolidates and presents Talent Attraction reports.

Monitors budget utilization for the specific pillar across the Thermal BU.

Consolidates, reviews, and makes appropriate recommendations to Management for "Out of Policy Cases" implemented in geographic locations.

Ensures the effective implementation of the company's employee referral program through campaign ideation, content creation, and campaign execution.

- Staff Development & Leadership

Manages and evaluates team performance.

Identifies appropriate training/development needed for team members' development.

Prepares the annual training budget as an input for Personnel Cost reports.

Provides relevant development experiences to team members to ensure readiness to assume different HR roles within 18–20 months.

Delivers the relevant administrative, human resources, and other support functions inherent and expected from a team leader.

- Organizational Support & Compliance

Extends relevant support to other departments such as, but not limited to, cascading and/or adopting initiatives, programs, projects, and activities.

Conforms to the company's Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001 Standards.

Reports Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security events/incidents, potential events, or other security risks to the organization/committees-in-charge.

Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies, and maintains the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of documents.

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Experience

Professional Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience.

Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of leadership experience.

Project Experience: Preferably involved in the implementation of talent attraction strategies, compensation studies, employee engagement, and HR technology projects.

Education

Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course.

Licenses / Certifications

Psychometrician license or SHRM certifications (Both are preferred, but not required).
