Management Systems Specialist

The position is responsible for documenting, reviewing, and improving TBG business processes to ensure effective governance of Document Management, Integrated Management System (IMS), Corrective Action Management, and BPM System Applications. It promotes process alignment, value-adding audits, and continuous improvement, serving as a business partner to leaders and process owners in driving integration, simplification, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Professional: At least 5 years of experience in auditing and implementing management systems (e.g., ISO standards) in Certification Bodies, Management System Consulting, Government Regulatory Agencies, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related industries; with exposure to document management, corrective action governance, and process improvement.

Leadership: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead Auditor (internal or external), including facilitating RCA workshops, managing CAR governance, and driving business process alignment across functions

Project: At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end project implementation or post-implementation, preferably involving business process automation, BPM system deployment (e.g., Box, IRS, Hopex), or digital transformation initiatives.

Education: BS Industrial Engineering, BS Computer Science or other IT Related Discipline
