Finance Business Partner Supervisor
A Finance Business Partner works closely with the Business Unit creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management. His/her role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted advisor and to add value that will assist in decision making. Critical to his/her success is an ability to communicate their message, to understand their audience and deliver the information in a clear and user-friendly manner. It is this mix of analytical, commercial and communication skills which are at the heart of successful finance business partnering. Specifically, Finance Business Partner (Regional) - Supervisor is expected to -
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, mid-year forecast, and quarterly re-forecast for the Business Unit, ensuring alignment with TBG corporate objectives and operational realities
- Serve as a primary tactical financial advisor to department heads (e.g., Operations, Maintenance, SCM, HR) within the Business Unit supporting decision-making through provision of financial analysis for capex investments, operational improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
-Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across all plant operations
-Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of FBP Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance including effective delegation of tasks and ensuring the quality and accuracy of team deliverables
- Ensure adherence of the Business Unit to the financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Qualifications:
Professional: At least 5 years of relevant finance experience from corporate domain with focus on financial planning and analysis, budgeting & forecasting, business partnering, , scenario analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and management reporting
Educatoin: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or other equivalent courses.
License Required: CPA/ CMA/ CFA is desired
