As Culture and Engagement Sr. Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing flagship programs, structured activities, and engagement tools to promote a vibrant and connected workplace culture and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with various teams to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Culture and Engagement Programs

  • Design and execute flagship programs and activities that reinforce organizational values and enhance workplace culture.

  • Leverage engagement tools and platforms to create meaningful and measurable employee experiences.

  • Develop innovative strategies to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment among employees.

Business Partnering

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders to align culture and engagement initiatives with business objectives.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand team dynamics and deliver tailored solutions that address specific challenges.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support to enhance their workplace experience.

Psychological Safety and Well-Being

  • Integrate psychological safety principles into HR and business practices to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.

  • Drive initiatives that promote employee well-being, mental health, and resilience across the organization.

  • Continuously monitor employee sentiment and proactively address areas for improvement through channels such as Amber and Gallup.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

  • Design and implement programs that advance DEI objectives and foster a culture of belonging.

  • Partner with leaders and HR teams to embed DEI principles into recruitment, development, and retention strategies.

  • Use data-driven insights to identify gaps in DEI efforts and recommend actionable improvements.

Data-Driven Insights and Metrics

  • Analyze engagement data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancing workplace culture.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to track progress and communicate results to senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Use metrics to measure program impact and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Employee Advocacy and Feedback

  • Facilitate forums, focus groups, and surveys to gather employee input and incorporate their perspectives into program designs.

  • Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

  • Build trust and credibility by fostering transparent communication and responsiveness.

Financial and Resource Management

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and demonstrating ROI for engagement programs.

 

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and engagement platforms (i.e. Gallup)

  • Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

 

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, culture development, or HR program management, including budget and resource management.

  • Licenses / Certifications: Expertise in Psychological Safety and DEI frameworks is a plus

 

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • With previous experience or exposure with Gallup Engagement
