As Change Management Specialist - Fixed Term, you will support the successful implementation of Project Arkanghel by coordinating and executing change management activities that promote user readiness, adoption, and business transition. The role works closely with the Change Management Manager, Project Managers, Technical Workstream Leads, and Business Owners to ensure that communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities are delivered effectively throughout the project lifecycle. The Specialist also monitors the completion of change management deliverables and supports the transition of Arkanghel initiatives into Business-as-Usual operations, and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with various teams to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

  • Change Management Planning & Coordination
    • Support the execution of Change Management Plans across Arkanghel initiatives.

    • Coordinate the completion of change management deliverables in accordance with project implementation schedules.

    • Maintain and monitor the completion of Project-to-Asset (P2A) requirements, readiness trackers, and other change management deliverables.

    • Coordinate with project teams to ensure change management milestones are incorporated into overall project plans.

    • Escalate implementation risks and issues that may impact change readiness or user adoption.

 

  • Stakeholder Communications
    • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities that promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of Arkanghel initiatives.

    • Review communication plans and materials to ensure alignment with the approved Change Management strategy, project objectives, and stakeholder needs.

    • Coordinate with the Communications team to ensure timely release of project communications.

    • Monitor stakeholder feedback and recommend communication improvements.

    • Support leadership engagement activities, project briefings, and stakeholder forums.

 

  • Training & Learning Support
    • Coordinate end-user training, Train-the-Trainer sessions, learning interventions, and knowledge transfer activities.

    • Monitor completion of mandatory learning requirements and readiness activities.

    • Coordinate with Learning & Development, Project Teams, and Business Owners to ensure learning interventions support project implementation.

    • Ensure learning documentation and knowledge transfer activities are completed before Business-as-Usual transition.

 

  • Adoption Monitoring & BAU Transition
    • Monitor organizational readiness, user adoption, and change progress throughout project implementation.

    • Coordinate people readiness assessments, Hypercare support, and post-implementation transition to BAU.

    • Track completion of BAU transition requirements, operational readiness, and change management deliverables to support handover.

    • Consolidate adoption issues and user feedback, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions with project teams.

    • Support project close-out activities by ensuring change management deliverables are completed.

 

  • Change Measurement and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports that provide visibility into change management progress across Arkanghel initiatives.

    • Consolidate project data and prepare regular status reports for the Change Management and Project Leadership Team.

    • Monitor leading and lagging indicators of change readiness, stakeholder engagement, training effectiveness, and user adoption.

    • Analyze change management metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of change management activities, lessons learned, and project records.

 

  • Others
    • Deliver the relevant administrative, human resources, and other support functions inherent and expected from a team leader.
    • Conform to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 Standards.
    • Report Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security events/incidents or potential events, or other security risks to the organization/committees-in-charge.
    • Protect information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies. Maintain availability, confidentiality, and integrity of documents.

  • Demonstrates the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of project and change management objectives.
  • Demonstrates the ability to build collaborative relationships, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, and foster engagement throughout the change journey.
  • Demonstrates the ability to coordinate and/or develop  learning and capability-building interventions, facilitate knowledge transfer, and support employee readiness and adoption.
  • Demonstrates the ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and present change management data to monitor organizational readiness, user adoption, and project progress, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates the ability to document, analyze, and map business processes and workflows to support change impact assessments, process documentation, and successful implementation of organizational change.

 

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications & Marketing, Organizational Development, Communications, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Psychology, or related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Change Management, Business Process Management, Organizational Development, HR, Learning & Development, Project Coordination, or related disciplines.

    • Experience supporting digital transformation, technology implementation, or organizational change initiatives is an advantage.

    • Experience coordinating training, communications, process documentation or stakeholder engagement activities is preferred.

  • License Required: Professional certification in Change Management, Project Management, Agile, or Process Improvement is an advantage but not required.
