Outage Superintendent
A. Job Description:
The Outage Maintenance Superintendent is the primary lead responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle (readiness, execution, and closeout) of facility outages in strict adherence to the GNPD’s Outage Management Guideline. The mission is to deliver safe, on-time, and high-quality outages by synchronizing technical maintenance scope with robust cost control and contract administration. This role ensures all commercial risks are mitigated, budgets (AOP/CAPEX/OPEX) are protected, and resources are optimized to meet defi ned Outage Readiness (ORI) and Execution (OEI) targets.
B. Minimum Qualification
- Experience (No. of Years) Professional: At least three (3) years of experience in Coal Power Plants
- Leadership Experience: At least two (2) years in a leadership role.
- Project Experience: None
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Electronics Engineering
- License Required: Must be a registered engineer.
