Mission of Function:

  • Provide support in establishing, improving and implementing governance and programs to build and sustain a pro-active OS management culture

  • Provide support in the implementation of OS management program and recommending improvements in pursuit of continual improvement

  • Provide support to OSH Manager and BU SHE/OSH Focal Points for needed stakeholder engagement activities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of OSH compliance programs and initiatives thru audits and regular performance assessments

 

 

Experience (No. of Years)


Professional: At least 5 years’ progressive experience in industrial OS management in multinational power generation, oil and gas, chemical, or related hazardous industries 
Leadership: None required
Others: Experience in implementation and audit of OSH programs
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any 4-year science related course
