Occupational Safety & Health Specialist
Mission of Function:
The Specialist (Supervisor - IC) for Occupational Safety and Health is responsible for the following:

Providing support in establishing, improving and implementing governance and programs to build and sustain a pro-active OS management culture

Providing support in the implementation of OS management program and recommending improvements in pursuit of continual improvement

Providing support to OSH Manager and BU SHE/OSH Focal Points for needed stakeholder engagement activities

Evaluating the effectiveness of OSH compliance programs and initiatives thru audits and regular performance assessments.
Qualifications:
Professional: At least 5 years’ progressive experience in industrial OSH management in multinational power generation, oil and gas, chemical, or related
hazardous industries
Leadership: None required
Others: Experience in implementation and audit of OSH programs
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any 4-year science related course
License Required: None required
