Responsible for the development, motivation and leadership of the department in its goal in reducing or eliminating workplace accidents including the public through effective Safety, Security, Health and Environmental programs in accordance with Company's goals and objectives to improve workplace Safety and Security. He/She is also responsible for overseeing the entire Security Operations, ensuring the Company and its assets free from internal and external security threats. This position is also responsible for ensuring full compliance of the Company to all Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and DENR requirements set by the government.
**Requirements**
- Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Must be a DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner or Consultant
- With at least 5 years in a related field, at least 3 years experience as Supervisor or minimum 1 year experience as Manager
- Must have good communication skills both written and verbal
- Could lead the team or must have been able to lead the Team.
