Job Description:
Responsible for on-site resolution of customer complaints and concern loads' consumption,special readings and load listing activities to ensure all customer complaints assigned are acted within schedule for customers' satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs field verification report for all on site inspection conducted.
- Performs audit and inspection of metering field wiring, instrument transformers, and related setups.
- Performs field testing orders on all power and non-power accounts on site.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Must have a valid professional driver's license
