The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for boosting EnerZones' online presence and driving brand awareness by creating dynamic content, executing social media strategies, managing corporate digital channels, and facilitating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. Serving as a key voice and brand guardian, you will develop messaging aligned with AboitizPower values, manage stakeholder and media relations, act as an official spokesperson when needed, and protect company reputation through effective crisis communications. By combining creative storytelling with process improvement and strategic engagement, you will play a vital role in fostering community trust, enhancing brand equity, and supporting corporate growth.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Content Marketing & Social Media Campaigns: Conceptualize and produce engaging content (social cards, videos, reels, copies, content calendars) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and AGORA. Execute campaigns aligned with AboitizPower goals, perform trend benchmarking and social media audits, and track engagement KPIs.

Brand Management & Compliance: Implement branding strategies to strengthen brand equity and ensure visual and messaging consistency across digital, print, and social channels. Maintain brand guidelines, collaborate with internal departments, and conduct annual brand audits.

Stakeholder Engagement & CSR Implementation: Build strong relationships with LGUs, DepEd, community partners, and media. Execute CSR initiatives in partnership with the Aboitiz Foundation, represent EnerZones at public events, and ensure thorough project documentation.

Corporate Communications & Media Relations: Draft and disseminate press releases, speeches, and official statements. Act as an official spokesperson to media and public stakeholders, manage corporate digital channels, and assist leadership with event presentation materials.

Crisis Communication & Reputation Management: Implement crisis communication strategies to protect company reputation, safeguard stakeholder trust, and ensure swift response during critical events.

Process Improvement & Operational Support: Streamline marketing and communications workflows, adopt industry best practices, provide logistical/event support, and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

Has a Creative & Analytical Mind: Capable of blending multimedia design and copy conceptualization with social media KPI tracking, trend analysis, and brand audits.

Is Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in upholding brand guidelines, maintaining messaging consistency, and documenting CSR initiatives and corporate statements.

Is a Collaborator & Communicator: Highly skilled in building relationships with external partners (LGUs, DepEd, media), working across internal departments, and serving as a public spokesperson.

Is Highly Organized & Adaptable: Efficient at managing content calendars, multi-channel campaigns, event logistics, and crisis response simultaneously.
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

License Required: Driver's License; Crisis Communication Planner (CCP) is an advantage.

Certifications/Accreditations: Background in Digital Marketing, Innovation, Strategic Thinking, Writing, Creative Design, or Multimedia (photography and videography).

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in social media strategy, brand awareness, or corporate communications.
Technical / Functional Skills:

Digital Channels Management: Advanced expertise in managing corporate social platforms, website content, and social media analytics (Desired Competency Level 4).

Corporate Communications & Brand Application: Intermediate proficiency in brand compliance, corporate messaging, press release drafting, and stakeholder engagement (Desired Competency Level 3).

Crisis Communication Implementation: Working knowledge of crisis response strategies, media handling, and reputation management protocols (Desired Competency Level 3).

Supplier & Reports Management: Ability to manage vendors, evaluate supplier deliverables, and generate campaign performance reports (Desired Competency Level 3).
