The Marketing Specialist is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for accelerating commercial growth and expanding market footprint across two key strategic initiatives: commercial advertiser engagement and strategic site partnership acquisition.Operating in an agile, high-growth environment within the energy and distribution sector, you will shape B2B marketing strategies, build high-value media agency relationships, and secure prime commercial locations for digital media assets and next-generation mobility infrastructure across key regional corridors.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• • Advertiser Engagement (Primary Focus): Build and manage a high-performing prospective advertiser and media agency pipeline. Design, package, and present customized advertising solutions, out-of-home (OOH) campaign strategies, and brand activation proposals to secure commercial brand partners.
  • Location & Partner Marketing (LED & EV Sites): Identify, target, and acquire strategic host locations for new LED screens and EV charging stations across priority corridors in Visayas and Mindanao. Lead partner outreach, pitch co-marketing value propositions, and negotiate site agreements with commercial property owners.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, outdoor advertising (OOH/DOOH), media sales pitching, or strategic brand partnerships.
• Strong track record in developing compelling sales decks, pitching to advertising agencies/brands, and closing commercial partner deals.
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with OOH/LED media assets and location-based partnership acquisition.
• Willingness to travel across Visayas and Mindanao for site evaluations and partner presentations.
