What You Will Do
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide array of marketing activities, from strategic planning to hands-on execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s presence and driving our marketing initiatives forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute marketing events, community-building efforts, and product launches to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to build and engage with our community both online and offline, fostering strong relationships and enhancing brand awareness.
- Social Media Management: Contribute to the development of social media strategies, create engaging social media posts, and maintain all social media channels.
- Content Creation: Develop in-depth blog posts, articles, and other long-form content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Paid Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across various platforms to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.
- Public Relations and Employer Branding: Support the execution of PR strategies, manage media relations, and contribute to employer branding efforts.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing strategy.
- Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in content creation, event management, community building, and public relations.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is preferred.
