Maintenance Coordinator

The position is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of major preventive maintenance  servicing  of  the  plant’s  main  and  auxiliary equipment in accordance with asset management system.

• Evaluate, update, optimize, and audit preventive maintenance plan

  (resources and parts) in close coordination with O&M

• Prepare 3-years GOMP in coordination with O&M including

  quarterly dynamic revisions

• Coordinates with site AMP in submission of planned outage request

  (GOMP) to NGCP

• Organize site CBM program, monitor and maintenance work

  schedule
• Analyze CBM trends and trigger review with maintenance team

• Institutionalize CBM learnings through updating of maintenance

  plan
• Monitor implementation of engine performance test

• Order/expedite spare parts and set inventory levels for rotable

  spares, parts and supplies

• Collaborate and update records of spare parts inventory in coordination with SCM department to ensure that spare parts inventory are properly monitored and controlled according to the

  projected needs of the plant

• Conducts regular audit on availability of rotable and non-rotable

  spares
• Monitor tools and instrument calibration plan
• Updates Asset Condition Assessment (ACA) database
• Updates Failure Mode Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA) database
• Assist O&M in the preparation of annual budget
• Monitors Annual Procurement Plan

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by team leader from

  time to time
