As Lineman 1 Trainee, you will meet or exceed the section's targets and metrics by timely completing work order tasks in accordance with company standards and safety policies in order to deliver continuous and reliable power supply to customers and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the North Davao Engineering Operations Department to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform safe installations, removals, and replacements of overhead, underground, and sub-transmission line hardware and equipment conforming to APDU standards.
- Conduct emergency repairs, troubleshooting, and power restorations on broken primary and secondary lines, meters, and transformer cut-outs.
- Execute splicing, terminations, and both dead-line and live-line works on energized overhead and underground lines up to 69kV under safe implementation procedures.
- Operate and maintain specialized distribution line equipment such as bucket trucks, tensioners, and thermal or UV scanning devices.
- Facilitate regular administrative tasks, planning of resources, and ensure strict compliance with ISO IMS, AMS, and other implemented management systems.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:
- Demonstrates proficiency in Distribution Line Construction and Maintenance, including constructing, activating, and maintaining distribution lines in a safe manner (Level 3).
- Has strong skills in Transmission Line Construction and Maintenance conforming to industry-accepted and company line standards (Level 3).
- Possesses capability in Heavy Equipment Operations, including the driving and operation of boom trucks, manlifts, and articulated vehicles (Level 3).
- Is highly skilled in both 13.8kV / 23kV Live-Line Works and 69kV Live-Line Works under safe implementation standards (Level 3).

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Graduate of any Electrical or Technical related courses.
- Entry-level (no prior professional experience required).

Technical / Functional Skills:
- Basic Awareness on Integrated Management System (IMS) (Level 2).
- Electrical Safety (Level 1).
- Hazardous Chemical/ Materials Handling (Level 1).
- Basic Awareness on Asset Management System (AMS) (Level 1).
