Legal Assistant
The role is responsible for the generation and preparation of administrative documentation, and provides support to the team with the execution and delivery of legal documents such as opinions, reports, forms, contracts, presentation materials, and other documentary requirements in a timely manner, as may be needed.
The position is also responsible for receiving and transmittal, distribution, safekeeping, and reproduction of all correspondence and legal documents.
The position will also support projects in archiving, developing, implementing, and maintaining the team’s document control processes and related databases.
