As the Internal Compliance Specialist you will primarily support the AP Retail Group under the Retail Portfolio Management arm. Responsibilities will involve assisting with contracts documentation, documents handling and monitoring, along with support for the Retail Sales and Retail Commercial Operations and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Retail - Commercial Operations and Portfolio Management team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • The Internal Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring Retail’s compliance to internal document standards  and handling of all commercial documents such as Retail Supply Contracts, Amendments, Side Letters and other related documents  from proofreading, printing to archiving. 

  • The role shall work very closely with the Retail Energy Sales, Services and Solutions (ESSS) Team in ensuring that all contracts and approval forms are properly and timely executed to prevent legal, regulatory and commercial risks of the AP Retail Business .

  • The position will also support projects in archiving, developing, implementing, and maintaining the team’s document control processes and related databases.

 

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

  • Knowledge of project archiving and filing

  • Record management and organization skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Ability to interface with different groups in the company

  • Time management skills

  • Written and oral communication skills

  • Attention to detail

 

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year related course

  • [Professional:Preferably at least 2 years of experience in document control capacity
