IT Digital and Finance System Solutions Lead
The IT Digital and Finance System Solutions Lead will be responsible for providing systems architecture leadership, overseeing ERP enhancements, fixing existing workflow and process inefficiencies, and leading the rollout of optimizations across Aboitiz Renewables, Inc. and its subsidiaries (1RE). The role is both strategic and execution-focused, bridging business and technology through hands-on support, change enablement, and knowledge transfer.
Required Key Output
- Systems Architecture Assessment Report - provides an evaluation report on the current system based on the current architecture with business needs.
- Oracle ERP Workflow Optimization Plan - assess and improve ERP workflows.
- Finance Systems Integration Blueprint - integrates Oracle ERP with other digital finance systems.
- Enterprise Digital Finance Architecture Strategy
- Implementation of the identified financial reporting system improvement
A. System Architecture
- Serve as subject matter expert and lead architect across 1RE for Oracle Cloud ERP and related finance systems.
- Review and document current systems and workflows, then design a scalable, future-ready digital architecture aligned with group consolidation needs.
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring for Oracle Cloud ERP and integrated finance systems.
B. Workflow Fixing and Governance
- Review and correct workflow approval hierarchies within Oracle ERP to align with delegation of authority policies.
- Address inefficiencies or breaks in system routing and escalation logic.
- Ensure approval processes are auditable, efficient, and properly documented.
- Develop and implement periodic monitoring mechanisms to proactively identify and prevent future workflow inefficiencies/issues.
C. Business Process Optimization
- Conduct gap analysis on current business processes versus Oracle system usage.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement optimizable processes across finance, procurement, and reporting functions.
- Define and track KPIs that measure the success and impact of implemented process improvements, with established baselines and target metrics.
D. Systems Integration & Data Flow
- Validate and streamline data flow across ERP modules and interfacing systems.
- Ensure inter-company transactions, eliminations, and month-end closing activities are
- systematized and traceable, that should improve closing efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee improvements to master data governance (e.g., chart of accounts, cost centers,
- vendors).
E. Implementation & Change Management
- Translate identified opportunities into actionable implementation plans.
- Lead execution of change initiatives including process rollout, system testing (UAT), training, documentation, and post-implementation user support
- Coordinate with the ERP support team and internal users to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop and implement comprehensive work instructions (WIs) and quick reference guides (QRGs) for key system processes.
F. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Collaborate with functional teams, IT, and leadership to align solutions with business
- goals.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, dashboards, and recommendations.
- Provide coaching to internal teams to support adoption and sustainability of solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in ERP systems implementation, digital transformation, or finance systems leadership.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in Finance and Procurement modules, including workflow configurations.
- Demonstrated success in process optimization, systems integration, and solution design.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; experience working in matrixed and cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with the energy or utilities sector and group consolidation processes is preferred.
