HUMAN RESOURCE SENIOR SPECIALIST
Will be responsible for the overall coordination, facilitation and implementation of Hedcor’s employee
experience initiative and HR’s digitalization journey. The position is also responsible for the implementation and
monitoring of HR-related activities for other special projects.
Qualifications:
● Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably Industrial Engineering / Human Resources Development
Management / Psychology / Behavioral Science or any course related to the functions of the job with
Statistics or Finance Background
● With background in change management and HR Digitization
● Knowledgeable of employee experience processes and programs
● With at least one (1) year of related work experience
● 1 vacant position available in La Trinidad, Benguet
