APC HR Business Partner - Specialist

Mission of Function:
The HR Business Partner Specialist collaborates with the HRBP team to enhance the employee experience through HR services, focusing on organizational development, learning and development, talent engagement, and retention, while also contributing to initiatives that improve overall organizational effectiveness.

Experience (No. of Years) Professional: At least 2 years experience in human resources
Leadership: Experience in any leadership role is not required
Project: Experience in leading the implementation of project initiatives is an advantage
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any 4-year course ; 2-year course can be considered if there is a relevant experience
