Job Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, or any related discipline.
- With at least 3 years of related work experience in human resources (Organizational Development, Talent Management and Employee Engagement)
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in human resources
