HR Supervisor - Talent Optimization
HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR - TALENT OPTIMIZATION
The HR Supervisor for Talent Optimization will be responsible for the coordination, preparation, implementation, and
evaluation of the company’s competency and developmental programs. The position is also responsible for supervising
the conduct and implementation of performance management systems and provides assistance in talent management
and succession planning.
Qualifications:
● Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any degree relevant to the
job
● With at least five (5) years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Competency and Performance
Management, and Talent Management
● With at least three (3) years of leadership experience
● Must have the capability to facilitate training programs
● Must have experience in training needs analysis, design and evaluation
