HR Supervisor - Talent Attraction
The Talent Attraction Supervisor is responsible in managing the end-to-end recruitment operations of the Renewable Energy Group of Aboitiz Power Corporation. He/she will also be responsible in advocating positive talent experience and partnerships with internal and external partners.
Talent Attraction
- Assist the the HRBP team in workforce planning activities to identify plans and needs for current manpower requirements.
- Executes Employer Branding initiatives and programs that will communicate the company’s employer value propositions to external and internal stakeholders.
- Keeps abreast of talent attraction latest trends in the industry by looking at the market, availability of resources, and identification of hot jobs in order to prepare for the current and future organization based on the business development plan.
- Develops effective recruitment approaches that includes selection of HR systems & technology, job boards, and building talent communities.
- Ensures recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers are designed and deployed effectively.
- Assist in the execution of 1AP’s onboarding program that will ensure a distinct, genuine, and engaging 1AP welcome, ensure new hires’ integration is supported and accelerated, and provide a consistent, structured, and systematic program that is supported by a digital platform.
Vendor Management
- Facilitates the selection and accreditation of external partners who will support the execution of Talent Attraction initiatives in compliance with the company’s vendor selection guidelines.
- Evaluates the performance of review of external partners based on the contract agreement.
HR Systems
- Serves as functional support for strategic HR systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have at least five (5) years of professional experience in talent attraction and acquisition within the Human Resources function.
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any four-year business-related course.
- 1 vacant position available in Makati City or La Trinidad, Benguet or Davao City
