HR Supervisor - Culture & Engagement

HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR - CULTURE AND ENGAGEMENT
The HR Supervisor for Culture and Engagement will be responsible for the overall supervision and implementation of all
culture building programs, events and employee engagement activities and initiatives across Hedcor group; and ensure
that all these are aligned with 1AP Culture.
Qualifications:
● Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any degree relevant to the
job
● With at least five (5) years of relevant experience in HR and at least one (1) year in Culture building and
employee engagement activities
● With at least three (3) years of leadership experience
● Has implemented at least one-culture building program
● Preferably with experience in events management
