HR Specialist - Systems and Transformation

The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for the overall coordination, facilitation and implementation of HR’s digitalization journey. The position is also responsible for providing overall support to the administration of the company’s General HR Services Systems, and implementation and monitoring of HR-related activities for special projects. 

This position shall be responsible for providing overall support to the administration and maintenance of the company’s General HR Services Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Human Resources Information Systems. S/he is responsible for providing systems support to all users, ensuring efficiency and integrity of HR systems, accuracy of the data uploaded in the system, and providing systems solutions based on functional and technical requirements including business policies and processes. S/he will also be responsible for HR data analytics, Transformation Projects and other related functions.

Qualifications:
● Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably Industrial Engineering / Human Resources Development
Management / Psychology / Behavioral Science or any course related to the functions of the job with
Statistics or Finance Background
● With background in HR Digitization
● Preferably with experience in SAP or other HR Systems

● With at least one (1) year of related work experience
● 1 vacant position available in La Trinidad, Benguet
