HR Specialist - Culture & Engagement
This position shall be responsible for the implementation of all culture building programs and employee engagement activities and initiatives across Hedcor group; and ensure that all these are aligned with 1AP Culture.
Culture Building
- Supports the implementation of programs to promote the Aboitiz core values and culture across the different teams within the group
- Facilitates culture building activities to ensure that objectives are met.
- Coordinates programs for the team leaders to serve as role models of culture and values in their teams.
- Aligns Hedcor culture and values to 1AP through analysis and perusal of existing HRQ programs and adjust as needed.
- Supports implementation of AP and AEV-initiated programs to ensure alignment on culture and values building.
- Submits accurate and timely reports on culture to internal and external contacts as needed
- Coordinates the implementation of rewards and recognition programs related to culture (i.e. Aboitiz Way Team Awards, HOLAV Heroes)
- Evaluates culture building programs and recommends improvement as needed.
- Implements internal and external customer satisfaction survey to maintain service excellence within and outside the organization.
Employee Engagement
- Supports the implementation of employee engagement activities of the group (i.e. data gathering, action planning, etc.).
- Monitors employee engagement levels among teams through company-wide surveys.
- Supports the process owners in the implementation of set action plans to increase employee engagement among teams.
- Supports implementation of AP and AEV programs to ensure alignment on employee engagement.
- Submits accurate and timely reports on employee engagement to internal and external contacts as needed.
- Coordinates the implementation of rewards and recognition programs related to employee engagement (i.e. ARC 360)
- Evaluates employee engagement programs and recommends improvement as needed.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate various company programs or events (Recognition Night, Christmas and Kiddie Party, Quality Focus, Town Hall Sessions, etc)
- Coordinates with various suppliers and teams involved for the proper implementation of programs/events.
Other Related Tasks
- Complies with company policies and procedures, safety rules and practices.
- Conforms to the company’s Integrated Management Systems policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Delivers the intended output of corresponding processes within the controllable functions.
- Promotes customer focus throughout the organization.
- Maintains the integrity of the quality management system when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
- Reports any Integrated Management System events/incidents or potential events or other risks to the organization.
- Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference by ensuring confidentiality of the company’s Competency and Performance Management System.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior consistent with the purpose of this role.
Qualifications:
● Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably Industrial Engineering / Human Resources Development
Management / Psychology /Behavioral Science or any course related to the functions of the job
● With at least two (2) years of relevant experience in HR and at least one (1) year in Culture building and
employee engagement activities;
● Preferably has implemented at least one (1) culture-building program
● Must have background in planning and organizing corporate events
● Preferably with skills in graphics designing and video editing
