HR Project Staff
Job Description:
There are several ongoing and upcoming projects in different departments that require additional manpower. This has resulted in a high volume of applicants that need to be processed within a short period of time. To address this, the Human Resources Department will hire a Project Staff with focus specifically on the end-to-end recruitment process for project-based roles, handling candidate screening, coordination, and administrative tasks, and ensure that qualified project-based employees are hired and deployed on time.
To provide support in the attraction and recruitment of project-based employees by assisting in applicant processing and onboarding, helping ensure that manpower requirements of different projects are met on time. To actively contribute to a broad range of HR functions providing versatile support, gaining foundational knowledge, and ensuring key deadlines are met across the department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend the end-to-end recruitment process for project-based roles including screening, testing, interviewing, and onboarding applicants.
- Support job posting, applicant coordination, and documentation of requirements.
- Maintain applicant records and recruitment files.
- Report directly to the Attraction & Retention Supervisor under the Human Resources Department.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks and projects.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in the Behavioral Sciences (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration major in HR).
- Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
