As HR Generalist - Project-Based, you will be responsible for strategic partners within the Human Resources department, contributing to the overall success of the organization through the effective management of various HR functions. The role plays a pivotal part in supporting the entire employee lifecycle and driving organizational development through comprehensive talent management strategy, contributing to a workplace environment that attracts, retains, and optimizes talent. and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with various teams to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

Talent Attraction

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Create e-201 files for new hires and ensure completion before regularization.

  • Ensure data integrity of employee information in all HCM Systems.

 

Talent Retention

  • Ensure HCM systems availability, effective implementation, and adoption across the Thermal BU.

  • Continuously review HCM Systems for process improvements.

  • Conduct continuous audits in HCM to ensure the accuracy of data.

  • Provide guidance on rewards management and ensure the consistent implementation of approved programs.

  • Implement programs that will supplement Labor and Management Relations and ensure compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations (e.g., General Labor Standards).

  • Consistently implement Policies and Procedures for Employee Discipline.

 

Talent Optimization, and Culture and Engagement

  • Ensure the implementation of Talent Management Programs.

  • Guide the creation and execution of performance management plans as needed.

  • Consolidate, analyze, and interpret attraction, optimization, and retention metrics, as well as BU-Wide Surveys.

  • Ensure the execution of individual development programs to develop competencies for the Thermal BU.

  • Provide employee guidance in the context of the performance appraisal process.

  • Develop, organize, and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive organizational culture, and establish recognition programs to celebrate achievements.

 

HR Administration

  • Monitor the completion and distribution of Employee Movement and Separation-related documents and/or trackers.

  • Aid in compliance with the separation policy and process by conducting exit interviews as necessary.

  • Attend to HR-related employee queries and concerns.

 

Others

  • Extend relevant support to other departments, such as (but not limited to) cascading and/or adopting initiatives, programs, projects, and activities.

  • Conform to the company's Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Asset Management, Energy Management, Business Continuity Management System, and Information Security Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 55001, ISO 50001, and ISO 22301 Standards.

  • Report Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security events/incidents, potential events, or other security risks to the organization/committees-in-charge.

  • Protect information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies, and maintain the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of documents.

  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Team Leader.

 

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

  • Professional: At least 3 years relevant work experience
  • Leadership Experience: Preferred but not required
  • Project Experience: Involved in any HR Facets Projects (i.e. Attraction, Optimization, Engagement, Total Rewards, etc.)
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following courses : Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or any Business related courses.
  • License Required: Preferred, but not required: Psychometrician license, SHRM certifications
