GENERAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
He/ She will be responsible for planning and managing all facets of Human Resources related to Attraction
(End-to-end recruitment, selection, and movements) and Retention (HR Systems, Employee Relations, Events,
Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and recognition, Employee Separation) of Hedcor Group that will build
and enhance the candidate and overall employee experience. He/ She will also be responsible for reviewing all
the processes related to General HR Services to align implementation of policies and procedures based on AP
directives.
Qualifications:
● Must be a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Management Accounting/ Financial Management/
Psychology/ Human Resource Management
● With an extensive background in Talent Attraction and Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits,
Employee Relations and Events, and HR Information System
● Adept in the Labor Code of the Philippines
● With at least 5 years of leadership experience
● With at least 7 years of related work experience
● 1 vacant position available in La Trinidad, Benguet
