Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations 

  • Independently manage HR operations for a fast-scaling team

  • Design and refine scalable processes to support the evolving needs of the business

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees on HR matters, ensuring high service delivery

2. M&A Support & Talent Integration

  • Support HR due diligence and workforce mapping during acquisitions

  • Lead integration activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, role alignment, and documentation standardization

  • Identify and resolve HR challenges that arise during organizational transitions

3. Talent Management

  • Support to  identify key talent, critical roles, and succession risks across both business segments

  • Facilitate performance and potential reviews, and support development planning

  • Help design and execute retention strategies, especially during acquisition transitions

  • Monitor workforce data to support talent decisions, mobility, and internal movement opportunities

3. Workforce Optimization

  • Analyze current workforce structures to identify role overlaps, underutilization, or gaps

  • Recommend and implement changes to ensure optimal alignment between employee capabilities and business needs

  • Collaborate with functional heads to realign roles, responsibilities, and workflows to maximize team effectiveness

4. Learning & Development

  • Conduct learning needs assessments and design targeted training interventions

  • Coordinate external providers or in-house resources to deliver learning solutions

  • Track learning outcomes and support upskilling, especially in newly acquired teams

5. Change Management & Culture Integration

  • Support communication and engagement strategies during organizational transitions

  • Reinforce values and behaviors to ensure cultural alignment post-acquisition

  • Serve as a reliable HR touchpoint for employees navigating change

 


 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of end-to-end HR experience, spanning both operational delivery and strategic partnership

  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-scaling environments with hands-on HR execution

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; able to translate workforce insights into actionable HR strategies

  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes without formal authority

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
