The position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of the franchise maps, road networks, geolocation of network assets and the geocoding of such assets for operational and analysis use. The position is also responsible for receiving complaints from both customers and contractors, preparation, implementation and verification of complaints-related work orders.
