Fixed Asset and Inventory Specialist

Job Scope:

The Fixed Asset and Inventory Specialist is responsible for handling the recording and review of fixed asset and inventory accounts. He/She monitors compliance to fixed asset policy and guidelines, ERC, BIR regulations and oversees physical inventory count of supplies and materials.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling the recording and review of any additions, movements and retirements to fixed asset and inventory accounts.
2. Perform monthly reconciliation of the subsidiary and general ledgers ensuring timely posting of adjustments.
3. Monitors compliance to fixed asset policy and guidelines, ERC, BIR regulations and
4. Oversees physical inventory count of fixed assets, supplies and materials.

Job Qualification:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting related course
