Finance Business Partner Specialist

Role Purpose

Provide financial insight, analysis, and partnership to business units, enabling informed decision-making and supporting strategic and operational objectives. Act as a bridge between Finance, Operations, and Support Groups to ensure financial performance is aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to translate financial data into actionable strategies.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes.

• Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to assess risks and opportunities.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance drivers.

• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to evaluate cost impacts and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CFA preferred).

• Strong analytical skills required; financial modeling skills are desirable.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly.

• Experience in business partnering, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration are desirable.

• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/tools.
