Field Inspector
Job Desription
As a Field Inspector, you are responsible for the on-site resolution of customer complaints, requests, and inquiries. Your primary mission is to provide clarity and accuracy for electric meter consumption, ensuring all tasks are completed within our service schedule to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
This position directly reports to the Meter Reading Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities

Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns regarding electric meter consumption directly at customer’s premise.

Conduct and perform detailed meter load profiles for customers to analyze energy and demand consumption patterns over specific intervals, helping to identify usage peaks or potential technical issues.

Perform special meter readings and conduct comprehensive load listing activities to verify appliance usage and power draw.

Manage and execute assigned Field Activities efficiently to ensure all customer complaints and requests are acted upon within the designated timeframe.

Act as a professional liaison between the company and the customer, providing clear explanations of findings.

Accurately document field findings and utilize digital tools to update the Meter Reading Supervisor.
Job Qualifications

College Graduate of any 4-year course.

Must be a Professional Driver’s License holder.

Must be proficient in driving a motorbike to navigate various field locations efficiently.

Knowledgeable in Key Google Applications & Services (Google Maps for navigation, Google Sheets for dataentry, and Gmail/Drive for reporting).

Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to various customer sites throughout the day.

Strong interpersonal skills to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
