Facility and Fleet Management Specialist
Job Summary
The Facility and Fleet Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the management and upkeep of the Administration Building and other facilities within the SEZ (Special Economic Zone), including staff housing, parking areas, warehouses, the substation perimeter, and any leased properties. The goal is to ensure that all facilities are maintained to high livability, safety, and cleanliness standards. This includes the implementation of regular inspections, repairs, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations to create a conducive working and living environment. He/she also supervises the vehicle fleet operations. This involves ensuring that all company vehicles, including heavy equipment, are maintained cost-effectively and kept in optimal running condition at all times. The position is responsible for adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations regarding fleet management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Preferably at least 2-3 Years solid experience in Building Maintenance, Construction Project and Fleet Management
- Must be good in both oral and written communication
- Preferably with a professional driver's license (at least A, B and B2)
