WORK SCOPE

Establish and maintain corporate environmental policies, standards, and minimum requirements applicable across all TBG assets

Provide governance oversight for compliance with ECCs, PTOs, hazardous waste requirements, SMR/CMR submissions, and other DENR permits

Lead and continuously improve the corporate Environmental Management System (ISO 14001–aligned)

Develop and maintain the enterprise environmental risk register and ensure risk controls are implemented at site level

Govern environmental incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action effectiveness

Provide environmental leadership for new and emerging technologies (e.g., BESS) including permitting readiness and risk assessment

Conduct or govern internal environmental audits and management reviews

Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact to TBG operations

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to site and regional environmental personnel

Support ESG, sustainability, and environmental performance reporting

Support due diligence activities for acquisitions, expansions, or major projects

Participate in regulator, LGU, and stakeholder engagements when required

Support site-level environmental officers during inspections, investigations, and compliance challenges

QUALIFICATION

At least 5 years in a senior, regional, or corporate environmental role

Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations and engaging regulators

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline

Master’s Degree is an advantage

DENR-accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) – required or must be obtained

ISO 14001 Lead Auditor / Implementer – preferred
