Engineering Support Supervisor
The Engineering Support Supervisor acts as the strategic leader and primary governance arm for the Engineering and Technical Services (ETSV) Department Head. Directing a team of Support Engineers, the primary mission is to ensure the seamless integration of Systems Engineering and Reliability and Performance functions across Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, I&C/DCS Systems, and Reliability and Performance Management. A critical component of this role is providing high-level oversight and strategic direction in the meticulous tracking and management of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX). The Supervisor empowers their team to balance cash flow, maintain utilization KPIs, and enforce cost control measures. Furthermore, the role provides final review and executive support for CAPEX projects due for defense before the Investment and Projects Governance Committee (IPGC). The role dictates the direction for comprehensive asset condition reviews, approves maintenance strategy revisions, outage scopes, and Life of Plant Plan (LOPP) revisions, and drives continuous ETSV Business Process Revisions. The Supervisor acts as the primary escalation point and leadership liaison with the Finance department, Supply Chain Management, and internal/external auditors.
