Energy Solutions and Services Engineer
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in energy auditing (Level I and II), power quality analysis, and the implementation of energy efficiency solutions such as, but not limited to, variable frequency drives (VFDs), high-efficiency motors, surge protection devices, MVAC systems, and smart metering technologies. A solid understanding of electrical systems, thermography, preventive maintenance practices, and compliance with standards like RA 11285 and ISO 50001 is essential. Familiarity with renewable energy systems is a plus. Beyond technical capabilities, the candidate must be confident in engaging with commercial and industrial clients, able to communicate complex data in a clear, business-oriented manner, prepare tailored proposals, and provide consultative recommendations aligned with the client’s energy and operational objectives. Strong communication, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are equally critical to succeed in this role.
Qualifications:
Professional: At least 2 years’ of experience in customer solutions or related field.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)-Preferably a Mechanical Engineer.
Licenses: Licensed Engineer, preferred; LTO Driver’s license is a must
Certifications or Accreditations: Certified Energy Auditor or/and experienced in Energy Efficiency Services
