The Employer Branding Senior Specialist is responsible for the
proper execution of employer branding content strategy and
initiatives aligned with 1AP’s employee value proposition (EVP), with
the goal of building a strong employer brand image to be the
top-of-mind of our target talents as an employer of choice and
building and enhancing the Aboitiz candidate experience.

Experience
(No. of Years)

Professional: At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience in recruitment
and employer branding and digital marketing
Preferably with basic knowledge on graphic and video-editing
applications and software
Leadership: None required
Project: None required

Education Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year business related course
