- The position is responsible for ensuring quality output from Contact Center service providers by monitoring their attainment based on established service agreements.
- It also monitors cases from customers and makes certain that this has been addressed and has been provided with sufficient updates. It is also required to provide feedback using text, email, letter, social media or phone calls to the customers in relation to their cases.
