Corporate Funding Executive
The role is primarily responsible for raising financing to fund the requirements of the group. The financing would be in the form of bonds, bank loans, and project finance loans, and would encompass the lifecycle of the fund raising activity: from identifying the requirement together with the Chief Finance Officers, conducting the bid for the financing with the banks, evaluating and making a recommendation for approval of the Finance Committee and the Board for the selected financing, project managing all the activities required up to closure and drawdown, and providing guidance in compliance activities related to the financing post drawdowns.
Responsibilities:

Execute financing activities from bid, evaluation and recommendation required up to closure and all drawdowns, from project finance and moving onwards to bonds and bank term loans and similar in nature.

Build and manage long-term relationship with local & foreign investment houses, banks, insurance companies, approving and regulatory approvers.

Build and Manage internal and external relations and communications related.

Review and execute new and renewal of short term credit agreement and related documents.

In charge of the events in relation to internal and third-party transactions.

Organize and Co-Facilitate workshops and trainings for inter-department and subsidiaries related to financing and trade solutions.

Conforms to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Asset Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55000 Standards.

Reports Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety events/incidents or potential events, or other security risks to the organization/ committees-in-charge.

Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies.

Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or any 4-year related course

Master’s degree in Finance or Management, an advantage

At least 5 years’ experience in financing, preferably project financing

Solid experience in Banks’ Corporate Banking (Capital Markets, Relationship Management)

At least 5 years’ people management capability (AVP - funding (orgination and execution, then support is compliance)
