Contract and Document Management Analyst
The position holder shall be responsible for managing the necessary shared services and support to the 1RE Supply Chain Management to ensure attainment of SCM and company objectives by:

providing the necessary support to ensure managing the BUs purchase orders an, contract commercial requirements and documents are managed;

maintaining an efficient contract administration services and document management system to support SCM’s objectives;

providing support in drafting correspondences to vendors regarding guidelines, compliance matters, and contractual obligations.
Duties and responsibilties

Verify POs and contracts meet all commercial document requirements—insurances, advance-payment/warranty/performance securities—for both CMSS/Proc Ops and SSPO.

Track and analyze key SCM metrics: open POs, security & insurance validity, advance-payment status, warranty coverage, contract expiries, and NTP issuance.

Ensure critical contracts are duly signed, filed with SCM Business Services, and any addenda or price changes are recorded.

Monitor contract expirations; work with implementors to renew, extend, or terminate as needed while safeguarding all securities, bonds, insurances, and performance appraisals.

Coordinate with Compliance/Legal to keep SCM documents (e.g., LRMS) fully compliant and up to date.

Maintain a centralized document-management system for POs, contracts, vendor accreditation, import/export, and WFM records, and supply documents for BOC permits.

Draft and issue vendor correspondence on contract guidelines, compliance gaps, and required corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or behavioral sciences

At least one (1) year of leadership experience

Background and experience in supply chain management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
