Compensation and Benefits Specialist
The position is responsible to support alignment and delivery of designated HR pillar (Retention) across the Thermal Business Group working with Human Resources personnel in the group as focal person. The position is also responsible for employee data integrity by ensuring competence and development of HR BP Specialists.
Also, responsible for expert HR Support across sites, performing complex tasks and partnering with HRBP Managers and Team Leaders.
Qualifications:
Experience (No. of Years) Professional: At least 4 years relevant experience
Leadership: Not required
Project: Involved in compensation studies, HR Systems related projects
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any of these courses - Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Mass Communication, or other relevant courses.
Licenses/Cerification: Not required
