As Commercial Performance Analyst, you will be accountable for safeguarding the commercial integrity and financial performance of the Wholesale portfolio’s power supply agreements (PSAs), bilateral contracts, and commercial positions. It owns the contract terms register as the single system of record, end-to-end contract performance monitoring, billing and settlement validation, position-level profit and loss and fuel margin ledger management, and margin assurance, and translates these into revenue forecasts, position-level margin inputs, variance flags, risk assessments, and commercial recommendations that inform senior management decisions on contract execution, negotiation, hedging, and portfolio strategy. And contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Revenue Operations - Wholesale Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring skills, with the ability to break down complex contract and market issues into actionable analyses

Knowledge of the Philippine power industry, including PSA structures, WESM rules and settlement mechanics, and the regulatory framework (ERC, DOE)

Understanding of energy commercial and hedging structures (CfDs, replacement power, short-term PSAs), position-level P&L, and fuel margin accounting
-
Time management skills

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or any 4-year related course; Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration, an advantage

3 to 5 years of experience in the energy or power industry, finance, audit, or related fields, covering contract management or administration, financial modelling, financial reporting, and project portfolio management, with a thorough understanding of principles and techniques for contract and enterprise valuation, investment and risk management, structuring, and project finance. Exposure to power supply agreements, WESM settlement, energy trading, or commercial position P&L management is a strong advantage.

Leadership: Leads analytical and cross-functional workstreams end-to-end; may guide, review, and coach junior analysts.

License: CPA, CIA, or CFA is an advantage
