You will partner with the Production team, steam providers, treatment vendors, and regulatory offices to achieve operational goals, benefit local communities, and advance your expertise in an empowering environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Steam Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with steam vendors on purity concerns to maintain a steady feed of quality steam to power units.

  • Water Treatment Implementation: Work alongside external partners to safely execute and manage cooling water treatment plans.

  • Brine Parameter Monitoring: Coordinate third-party testing and external monitoring of brine parameters for binary plant processes.

  • Delivery & Inventory Check: Inspect bulk chemical shipments for volume and quality compliance, preserving required stock levels for uninterrupted generation.

  • Laboratory Safety & Waste Disposal: Manage laboratory chemical handling and waste disposal following safety, health, environmental, and housekeeping standards.

  • Documentation and Reports: Assess, compile, and evaluate laboratory data, keeping physical and digital records organized for future operational needs.

  • Budgeting & Consumption Monitoring: Help construct annual department budgets while tracking chemical usage rates.

  • Additional Duties: Perform additional tasks and operational assignments provided by leadership.

To Succeed in this Role, We Need Someone Who:

  • Embody Behavioral Competencies: Acts with integrity, works collaboratively, shows an owner's commitment to high standards, and seeks personal growth.

What You Will Need:

  • Valid license as a Registered Chemist or Registered Chemical Technician.

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Practical experience handling laboratory testing, data evaluation, and record management.

  • Familiarity with cooling water management, geothermal steam purity protocols, and hazardous chemical guidelines.
