The Change Management (CM) Manager is directly involved in ensuring the success of change initiatives across the organization by establishing and communicating Change Management standards, practices, processes, tools and approaches. It is a strategic role that governs the practice of Change Management in the organization and helps other CM practitioners execute structured change management plans. The CM Manager also acts as an internal CM consultant to Project Managers and Change Sponsors / Change Initiators within the organization. This role may also, from time to time, be involved in tactical implementation of CM plans by supporting communication and training efforts to facilitate a smooth transition and to minimize disruption during the change period. Lastly, this role is crucial in documenting change initiatives and reporting the status of these initiatives through a well-maintained CM Registry and Dashboard.

 

Qualifications:

Experience (No. of Years) Professional: At least 5 years of experience as a change manager, with preference for technology projects experience

Leadership: At least 3 years of experience in managerial capacity

Project: Proven experience in project change management, preferably through a mix of high-level technological and organizational projects. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related discipline

Licenses / Certifications: Must have a certification in ADKAR and other change management frameworks
