As a Casual Staff – HR, you will support the execution of key HR and Optimization Team initiatives, ensuring that programs are delivered efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will contribute to building a people-centered culture while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, communications, and employee engagement within a purpose-driven organization. 

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of employee training plans

  • Develop HR-related communication materials (e.g., announcements, campaigns, presentations)

  • Assist in the rollout of culture-building and employee engagement initiatives

  • Provide administrative and operational support to HR and the Optimization Team


To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively

  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person

  • Is proactive and resourceful, able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills, working well with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Has a creative mindset, especially in developing engaging HR communication materials (optional but recommended if Canva-heavy role)


What You Will Need:


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative support



Technical / Functional Skills:

    • Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and Gemini

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Good organizational and coordination abilities
