CapEx Documentation Specialist
This role is responsible for:
1. Extracting data Invoice and ORs from Appsheets and database into a separate Google Sheet.
2. Accurately matching project items with verified details, invoices and ORs.
3. Attaching links, completing required information, and organizing invoices/ORs.
4. Uploading and renaming the links and attachments according to project and item numbers with careful attention to details.
Role requirements:
1. Experience in clerical works and documents handling.
2. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, and MS Excel.
3. Knowledge of AppSheet (or willingness to learn).
4. Familiarity with electrical equipment and line hardware (preferred).
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
6. Google Appscript or Automation coding (an advantage).
