The position is responsible in collaborating the AP Business Risk Planning and Continuity Management Manager/AVP in the following areas: 

 

  • Assist in implementing improvements to the governance and sustainability of 1AP’s Strategic, Operational, Project Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management frameworks.

  • Coordinate and maintain systems and processes for efficient monitoring and reporting of AP’s strategic/top risks, key risk and loss drivers, including emerging threats and opportunities.

  • Facilitate the integration of risk planning and business continuity requirements into the company’s operational and strategic planning processes.

  • Support the execution of unified approaches to risk management, business continuity, and crisis & incident management.

  • Ensure alignment of risk and resilience initiatives with company direction by coordinating with relevant CSUs and BGs.

  • Provide administrative support to the Board Risk & Reputation Management Committee, including preparation of materials and coordination of sessions.

  • Oversee the implementation of risk avoidance, reduction, and acceptance actions to strengthen organizational resilience.

  • Support risk transfer activities, including coordination of insurance-related requirements and documentation for the insurance captive company.

 

Qualifications:

 

Experience (No. of Years): At least five (5) years professional experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, and management systems
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business related. 

  • Good working knowledge of Risk Management, ISO 31000, ISO 27000,
  • COSO standards, FM Global, other risk engineering standards
  • With RM certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, preferably the BS25999/ISO 22301 standard
  • Power Industry experience preferred
