Business Risk Planning and Continuity Management, Manager
Mission of Function:
The position is responsible in collaborating the AP Business Risk Planning and Continuity Management AVP in the following areas:
● Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the governance and sustainability of 1APs Strategic, Operational, Project Risk Management and Business Continuity Management Framework and its processes
● Develop strategies & system for efficient & effective risk monitoring and reporting of AP’s strategic/top risks, key risk and loss drivers,including Emerging Threats and Opportunities
● Provide structure to ensure integration & alignment of the company’s strategic/operational planning process to Risk Planning and Business Continuity Management to the overall Risk Management Process.
● Develop and implement a unified strategy for risk management, business continuity, and crisis & incident management.
● Ensure alignment of risk management and resilience initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
● Lead the management & administration of Board RIsk & Reputation Management Committee
● Overall incharge leading risk avoidance, reduction and acceptance strategies and ensuring organizational resiliency.
● Support the risk transfer activities including the operation and risk management activities of the insurance captive company
Qualifications:
Experience (No. of Years): At least three (3) years professional experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, and management systems
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
● Good working knowledge of Risk Management, ISO 31000, ISO 27000,
● COSO standards, FM Global, other risk engineering standards
● With RM certification preferred
● Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, preferably the BS25999/ISO 22301 standard
● Power Industry experience preferred
